4:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Event starts at 5:00 pm)

It’s the sweetest event of the year! Join us for the second annual Portland’s Greatest Cookie Swap, hosted by Judiaann Woo and Polka Dots & Picnics.

A festive celebration of community, holiday baking, and the start of the holiday season, this special evening brings together some of Portland’s most passionate bakers, including cookbook authors, food bloggers, culinary professionals, and talented home bakers. We’re delighted to have you be part of it!

HOW THE COOKIE SWAP WORKS

Each participating baker brings three dozen (36) cookies to share.

• One dozen (12 cookies) will be exchanged among participating bakers. You'll go home with a delicious assortment of cookies made by your fellow bakers.
• Two dozen (24 cookies) will be shared with our non-baking ticket guests

BAKER REGISTRATION: $25

Your registration includes participation in the cookie exchange and the opportunity to share your homemade creations with fellow bakers and cookie lovers. Savory bites, festive cocktails by Straightaway, Here's to Hospitality, and cozy sips from Smith Teamaker will be available to enjoy throughout the evening.

BAKER DETAILS & WHAT TO BRING

• Three dozen cookies: Please bring 36 of the same cookie to share.
• Load-in: Please arrive at 4:00 PM to check in and arrange your cookies before the event begins at 5:00 PM.
• Display dish/plate/cake stand: Please bring a serving plate to display your cookies on the decorated table. As much as possible, cookies should be stacked. Clear glass or crystal, gold or silver, or natural wood are preferred. If you need a serving dish, one can be provided upon request during checkout.

SUPPORTING A GOOD CAUSE

A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Portland chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI), an international philanthropic organization supporting women leaders in food, fine beverage, and hospitality. We're proud to bring our baking community together in support of this wonderful organization. DONATE HERE.

A little cookie note: Cookies are lovingly made by members of our local baking community. Since they're prepared in home kitchens, ingredients and preparation environments may vary, and we cannot guarantee that cookies are free from allergens or cross-contact. We invite you to indulge at your own discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: All tickets must be purchased online through Ticket Tomato. None will be available at the door. Any friends or guests of yours may purchase theirs here.

Make a night of it! After indulging in cookies and festive sips, stay downtown for dinner. Consider a reservation at the hotel's RiverPlace Kitchen + Bar or explore more wonderful local restaurants.
